Depends on catalogue size, team capacity and channels. We pick based on your reality, not on the trend cycle. Either way, the storefront is decoupled enough that swapping CMS or PSP later doesn't require a rewrite.

What about peak season?

Black Friday, end-of-month, prime drops — we load-test against real traffic shapes and prove the budget. Either we operate it under SLA during peak, or your team owns it with a clear runbook we wrote together.

How do you handle PCI DSS?
