Do you do greenfield or modernization?
Both. Greenfield is faster but rarer in our pipeline; most engagements involve a working system that needs a new feature, a security uplift, a migration off a stuck vendor, or all three at once.
Can you join our existing team instead of running solo?
Yes — most of our engagements augment, not replace. Shared backlog, your CI, your incident channel. The handover is part of the engagement, not an afterthought.
How do you handle ops after launch?
Three options. (a) Full handover with runbooks, IaC and trained on-call. (b) Co-ops — your team owns weekdays, we own weekends and incidents. (c) Full run & defend retainer with SLA-backed response times.
What about AI inside the application?
If you want AI features inside the app — search, copilots, summarisation, content generation — we use Obsigen AI by default for EEA data residency, or your preferred provider behind a proxy. Either way, the integration is auditable end-to-end.
How fast can a first version ship?
Architecture review in 1–2 weeks. A scoped MVP typically 4–8 weeks. Full production rollout 8–16 weeks depending on integrations and compliance scope. Fixed price after a short scoping sprint.
Will the code be ours?
Yes. All source, infra config and documentation is yours from day one. We work in your repo, not ours, unless you ask otherwise.
