How fast will I get a reply?

Can we meet in person?
Yes — at our Gdańsk office (Olivia Gate) or at your site. We also travel for kick-offs and workshops across the EU.
Will you sign our NDA / DPA / security questionnaire?
Yes. We have a standard DPA aligned with EU SCCs and a security questionnaire response pack ready (controls, sub-processors, data residency, incident response). NDAs are standard before we discuss anything specific.
What languages do you work in?
English and Polish for delivery, German on request. All written artefacts (proposals, contracts, runbooks) default to English unless you ask otherwise.
Where does the data I send live?
EEA-only. Form submissions land on a server inside the EU; correspondence is held in EU email infrastructure. We never use US-hosted CRM or chat to discuss client material.
Is there a minimum engagement?
A 30-minute review is free. Past that, our smallest paid engagement is a 1–2 week architecture or AI Security review — fixed price, fixed deliverable.
