Do you work fixed-price or time & materials?
Both. Discovery and architecture reviews are fixed price. Scoped builds default to fixed price after a short scoping sprint. Embedded squads and run & defend are time-based with monthly caps.
What's the smallest engagement you take?
A one-week architecture or AI Security review. It's enough to produce a real artefact and to know whether we're a fit for the bigger problem.
Can you work with our existing team?
Yes — most of our engagements augment, not replace. We share a backlog, your CI, your incident channel. The handover is part of the engagement, not an afterthought.
Where will our data live?
EEA-only by default — document storage in Warsaw, GPU inference at the Arctic Circle (Norway). Sovereign or on-prem options available when your sector requires it.
What happens if you "hit by a bus"?
Every engagement ships runbooks, infra-as-code and decision logs. We design for "any engineer of similar level can take this over" from day one.
Do you sign DPA / NDA / per-country contracts?
Yes — our standard DPA aligns with EU SCCs and we sign yours when reasonable. NDAs by default. Contracting entity in Poland (Visera P.S.A.); invoicing across the EEA.
